Disaster Movie is an upcoming comedy film that spoofs disaster movies. The film has been written and directed by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer. Disaster movie is starring Carmen Electra, Kimberly Kardashian, Matt Lanter, Nicole Parker, Crista Flanagan and Vanessa Minnillo. It should be released at the end of august 2008.

Disaster Movie really takes aim at all the recent blockbusters! I'm still not sure if I will buy a theater ticket for this flick, but I may enjoy watching Disaster Movie when it will be on my cable TV network.

Spoof comedies tend to over-exaggerate their jokes most of the time. Let's hope that Disaster Movie will renew the genre...
